I wish this was an entire longplay game. If you could keep it up, extending and adding a second layer narrative for the canonical story. What if other characters were playable here, introducing other events through flashbac. I also think a bold stats screen as a reference to old RE and Castlevania games would be PERFECT. 😍
Hi, I'm having trouble actually playing the game. I extracted it using 7-Zip, like you recommended, but I just end up with a small window like this and I can't click start because the cursor won't go lower than where it is in this image.
I've even tried right clicking and running as admin, still end up with this.
And I thought I was one of the few who found the Village very much in the Castlevania vibe. Here is proof that I'm not alone in this. Amazing game, capturing both the gameplay of classic Castlevanias and the dark atmosphere of the Village. It would be interesting if this game were continued, but who knows right? Congratulations on your work.
